Vanina Sorrenti was born in Naples, Italy in 1973 and moved to New York city with her Family at the age of 9. Vanina shares her time between New York, London and Paris.
Her work has appeared in magazines such as Japanese Vogue, British Vogue, French Vogue, Numero, Vogue Homme, i-D, Purple, T magazine and V magazine. She has been commissioned to shoot several campaigns, among these include Chloe, ICE by Iceberg, Cesare Pacciotti, Elle Mc Pherson intimates, Martine Sitbon, Tsumori Chisato, Cover Girl.
Vanina’s work has been shown in various exhibitions; the “Imperfect beauty” expo. at the Victorian Albert Museum in London- curated by Charlotte Cotton, the “Quatre Jeune Femme Photograph” at the 213 Gallerie in Paris-curated by Marion De Beaupre, “Creative Futures-Women Only” (in assc.; Creative Review) at NESTA in the UK-curated by Paula Carson and Archeology of Elegance in Paris.
