The front
Made from a single hand curved piece of acetate, the front is larger than normal to accommodate the four glass lenses.
Assembly
With care and precision the small side lenses are inserted first, followed by the larger front lenses.
Specialized personnel
Highly trained craftsmen tailor the frame and gradually adjust it to obtain the perfect finish; only after fifteen years are Persol craftsmen qualified enough to work on the 009.
