Returns policy

  • If you are not happy with any product(s) purchased on our website for any reason, you can decide to return it within 45 days of the purchase date.
  • We are not able to accept returns on engraved products. Engraved items are customized to you specifications and we are not able to accept returns.

Online Orders:

    • To return the product(s) you can follow the steps below:
      1. Visit (return creation) and complete our online return request.
      2. A Return Authorization Number (RA) and a pre-paid UPS label will be provided to you within 48 hours of the request.
      3. Pack the item(s) in the original packaging including any documentation, accessories and manuals received with the product - make sure the package is secure and that the contents do not risk being damaged during shipping.
      4. Attach the Return Label on the outside of the package covering any previous address label.
      5. Bring the package to one of the UPS Access Points listed on the label or contact UPS directly to arrange a collection.
    • The item(s) purchased should be returned within a maximum of 14 days from you notifying us of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
    • Please allow up to 5 business days to allow the package to reach us and an additional 15 business days to process and refund your item.

Store Orders

    • Items purchased from other authorized retailers must be returned to the original point of purchase.

Warranty

  • Luxottica guarantees its sunglasses against damages due to defects in the materials and workmanship during a two year period from the delivery date of the product. Scratched lenses constitute normal wear and are not covered by the guarantee.
