After having studied at MUSASHINO Fine Arts University of Tokyo, Shinuke became an artist and creator. In the '80s he started working for high-end fashion brands, and his works went on to be displayed at the Saatchi Gallery in London and the Palais de Tokyo in Paris.

Maori left Japan wihen she was 17 years old and went to live in New York. In 2003 she moved to Paris and is now studying to become on of the chefs at the famous restaurants Do and Bento de la Conserverie.She believes that Shokunin means someone who is passionate and has a great respect for ones own work and being proud yet humble for what one does.

Masamitsu started off his career as an assistant to photographer Simon Procter before become a designer for Berluti. He went on to found Pierre Rivière, a brand inspired by a little boy who always used to visit the designer's studio.
